A Sprinkling of Glitter: September 2014

Hello peeps,
My Magnolia stamp club arrived a couple of days ago and they are adorable. I haven't had time to colour any yet as I've been busy in the garden planting for the Winter but I will do very soon :)

Today I have a card to share which I made for a friend from work for her 21st birthday, and as you will see the CAS cards have gone! It's back to normal today, glitter, flowers, ribbons, oh yes, embellies galore lol.

The copic colours I've used are -

skin - E11, E00, E000, R12, hair - RV99, RV69, R59, R56, dress - RV95, RV93, RV91, Rose - R85, R83, R81 / G99, G94, YG63

The papers I've used are by Maja Designs, I love these papers they are so pretty and feminine.
I was a bit glitter happy with this card so it is lovely and sparkly.

Hello lovely peeps,

I was really enjoying that lovely feeling of dozing when my alarm clock rudely awoke me properly stupidly early this morning and I have to say for the first time I felt like I was living in Jodie's world and actually wanted to harm it lol. I love that feeling of snoozing & being totally relaxed, drifting in and out of sleep, thankfully I remembered in time that there was a reason that racket was spoiling my bliss & jumped out of bed quick! Now that girl of mine has thrown many an alarm clock across her bedroom & has destroyed a few in doing so. I can't help think it will be a brave man who takes her on & wants to wake up next to somebody so evil in the mornings lol.

My lovely teamies and I are featuring Hero Arts products on our cards this week, if you have any we'd love to see them but as always it's not compulsory to use them to join our challenge.

Do not adjust your screens, you are on the right blog and there is not one single flower in sight on my card lol.

I have used Hero Arts Winter Scene rubber stamp on my card today which I think is so elegant and beautiful, and also just perfect for making those "flat" cards for posting.

As this card was so much quicker to create than my usual style I decided to make another using the same gorgeous stamp but inked in a different colour, and both cards still took less time than it would normally take me to colour an image!
