On today's card I am featuring Stamping Bella's Uptown Girls Victoria & Juliette's Night Out unmounted stamp which I have stamped in Memento & coloured with my copics & a white gel pen.

To create my main background I have stamped Simon Says Stamps Gift Boxes cling stamp onto black card stock & heat embossed it using Simon's white fine detail embossing powder. & then coloured the bows using a white Prismacolor pencil.

On today's card I am featuring Brutus Monroe's Gilded Ultra Fine Embossing Powder & Vellum with Simon Says Stamp Merry Christmas Clear Stamp which I have used to create my sentiment. In real life the heat embossed embossing powder is really metallic and has some pretty sparkle in it too but my photo hasn't picked that up very well unfortunately.

I've created a simple background using Simon Says Stamp Falling Snow Stencil with Snowflake Paste & then ink blended Simon Says Stamps White Pigment Ink over it to soften the look. I foam mounted my background before adding it to my card & I added a few Simply White Crystal Drops randomly onto some of the falling snow & a lovely Prima Flower to finish.

Something New! - Simon Says Stamp DT

On today's card I am featuring Hero Arts Florals Rose Clear Stamp which I have used to create my background. 

I've stamped the rose a few times onto watercolour paper using Simon Says Stamp embossing ink pad & heat embossed it using Hero Arts white detail embossing powder. Once set I ink blended Stormy Sky Distress Ink over the background & then die cut a Stitched Circle from it ensuring it was large enough for my image to show through.

The thing I have missed the most about card making since having to take time out is colourings so I challenged myself to complete colouring an image with my copics for this week so that's another goal ticked off my list. To make it easier for myself I chose this cute & new to me Stamping Bella image called Bundle Girl With Snowdrops as it's fairly small & looked straightforward to colour.

I chose a congratulations sentiment for my card as I thought it would be perfect for a friend who is starting a new job.
