Good afternoon lovely peeps,
I've decided it's time to make a few changes in my life & as you know I have been struggling with my mojo for a little while, I don't know what I've done to upset it it but that darn mojo keeps on leaving me lol. That said it's with me at the moment I am thrilled to say & I'm keeping a tight hold on it lol, but I have made the difficult decision to step down from my Totally Tilda & Addicted To Stamps DT's. I would rather do one DT well that scrape by doing 3 not very well, & it will allow me more time for my Simon Artist Group & to get cracking on the orders I have for Christmas cards & gifts & I do love Christmas crafting :)
A huge thank you to all my lovely Totally Tilda & Addicted To Stamps teamies I have really enjoyed my time with you all & have been on both DT's right from the start so it really was a tough decision to make xxxx
On to today's card -
& this week our challenge is
NO DIGIS
My lovely teamies & I are featuring Clearly Besotted & or Nest & Tangled products on our creations this week. If you have any we'd love to see them but as always it's not compulsory to enter our challenge.
As you will see on our challenge blog this super cute train was a popular choice amongst our DT :)
NO DIGIS
My lovely teamies & I are featuring Clearly Besotted & or Nest & Tangled products on our creations this week. If you have any we'd love to see them but as always it's not compulsory to enter our challenge.
I have stamped & die cut the little train & smoke and then adhered them with foam pads for a little added dimension, the clouds have been created by die cutting some of Simon's flat bottom clouds and using them as a template with distress ink (all linked at the end of my post).
As always our lovely Heidi is sponsoring our challenge with a $50 voucher for the fabulous
Don't forget to visit the new SIMON SAYS STAMP STORE BLOG for lots of fabulous inspiration, candy, and lots of lovely new or featured products.
I'm entering my card in the following challenges -
Make It Monday - anything goesI have been a busy girl playing with some of Simon's gorgeous new Holiday release products which I will be sharing over the next few days & would you believe I've even had my first play at using stencils!
Thanks for stopping by
I'm sure it wasn't easy to make the decision Mandy but you are soo right. In Holland we say that everything with "TO" is not good so better 1 DT-job filled with joy than the pain of struggling with 3!!!! Your card is the cutest!!!!
