Let's Have A Laugh - Simon Says Stamp DT Card

Hello lovely peeps,

My mojo has been going haywire and I have actually got 5 cards on the go and almost finished which is most unlike me as I'm normally a one card at a time card maker but ideas are just popping in my little head so it would be silly to waste them lol. 

Hubby continues to make a little progress most days thankfully, some times it's a case of it's two steps forward and one back, & other days it's a case of one step forward and two back which he does get frustrated & disheartened about & I need to keep reminding him it's still early days and he can try again tomorrow after a rest. 

One of the things I have learnt the past month since hubby had a stroke is I have so much admiration for anyone who cares for a family member at home full time as it really is exhausting. I have worked in various nursing & care roles for over twenty years & yes I come home from work absolutely shattered some days but when it's 24/7 & there is no end of shift to look forward to or days off to chill out & catch up with friends & that has been a real eye opener for me.

I chose to use a stamp set called Party Posse as it's so cute and just perfect for this challenge :)

My amazing DT parcel has at last arrived after being held up and oh my goodness Simon's Valentine release is sooooo gorgeous, thanks so much Heidi xx

I have used Simon's new Postage Stamp frames to create this card and have also used the new spotted heart stamp from the Valentine Spoons set to stamp on the star. I have also used Simon's new very own brand inkpads and I love these :) After trying a few different brands of ink pads I have never had much success stamping with coloured inks and clear stamps but these really do stamp beautifully first time so I was a very happy girlie to receive these :)

The copic colours I've used are -

E37, E35, E33, E31 / YG13, YG07, YG05 / W4, W2, W0
