Coco Bear & Tilda In Cotton Dress

Good morning lovely peeps,
I thought it was high time I sorted myself out & properly got back into the swing of blogging & creating as hubby thankfully continues to make good a good recovery after his stroke & is needing only a little care now, so I'm having a bit of a catch up day today, not only with my blog but Splitcoast Stampers & squeezing in a coffee or two with my friend Ali as I can't even remember the last time I managed to find time for a good old girlie catch up :)

Before I share my card please accept my apologies for the rubbish pictures! This little card was a commissioned card & I had to grab it back just as it was about to be whisked off out the door never to be seem by me again & I'd forgotten to photograph it! I didn't even think about lighting it was a case "here is your card", "umm can I have it back please" click, click with the camera and "there you go here is your card again" lol.
I love making cards for little ones & have inked up & coloured an adorable Magnolia bear called "Coco with present" from the Merry Little Christmas 2012 collection for this card.
The copic colours I've used are -
E55, E53, E51 / C3, C1, C00 / RV63, RV10, RV00
The papers I've used are from a Forever Friends paper pad, and the lovely XOXOXO border die & the hearts on the inside of the card are from gorgeous Simon Says Stamps 2014 Valentine release.
I'm entering my card in the following challenges -
Crafting When We Can - hearts & flowers, Cupcake Inspirations - inspirational piccy, Stamping Sensations - Pretty In Pink, Emerald Faeries - girlie, pretty in pink, Crafty Hazelnuts Patterned Paper challenge - anything goes
I have another card to share which I created especially for a Simon Says Stamp Store Blog feature.

It's not often I sit back & think "I'm happy with that card", yes I know we are all our worst critics lol, but I actually did think that with this card :)
The copic colours I've used are -
skin - E11, E00, E000, R20, hair - E44, E43, E41, dress - BV08, BV04, BV02, BV00, crown - YR24, YR21, YR20
I'm entering my card in the following challenges -
Challenges 4 Everybody - anything goes, Hobby Cutz - girlie but no pink, Lovely hAnglar or Sweet Magnolia - flower power, Sentimental Sunday's - flowery Springtime, That Craft Place - flowers / Mother's Day, Copic Spain - anything goes, Crafts & Me - anything goes, Just For Fun - anything goes, Natalie & Amy's challenge - flowers, The Craft Garden - pastel colours
That's me finished for today peeps, sorry it was a long one today but I am determined to bring my blog up to date & catch up with some blogging friends :)
Thanks for stopping by
