Make It Sparkle - Simon Says Stamp DT

Good afternoon lovely peeps!
It's only 4 more sleeps until the big day & hubs has been suffering with a cold the past few days & now I've come down with it too :( I was fine yesterday morning but as the day went on I started to feel grotty so now we are both stinking of vapour rub & hoping it passes very quickly!

Today I have two masculine Christmas cards to share with you.
It's Wednesday which means -
 at
& this week our challenge is
Make It Sparkle
Don't forget you can enter our challenge 5 times and there is no limit to how many challenges you combine your entry with.
Do you use Instagram?  If so, please add #ssswchallenge to your challenge entry uploads so we can see them on there too.

My fabulous teamies & I are featuring

Hero Arts logo

goodies on our cards this week. You don't have to use them for the challenge but if you have them we'd love to see them.

This week I have chosen to feature the Decks The Halls stamp set along with a couple of my old favourites which often appear on my cards, ultra fine Prisma Glitter & Clear Gemstones.
This is the card I gave to hubby for Christmas so I wanted it to look quite masculine.

I have dug out some guilding flakes which I have had for 3 or 4 years & never actually used until now & I love the effect of them, it's just a shame my camera isn't picking up the shine very well.
The pretty Simon Says Stamp snowflakes have of course been glittered, the lovely Nordic Holiday embossing folder is by Taylored Expressions & the sentiment is from Simon Says Stamps Retro Holiday stamp set.

As always our lovely Heidi is sponsoring our challenge with a $50 voucher for the fabulous

I'm entering my card in the following challenges -
Crafting By Designs - here come the holidays, Creative Moments - anything goes, Inspiration Destination- anything goes, A Snowflakes Promise - Winter, Creates & Makes - anything goes.

I also have another masculine card to share which I created for a customers husband.
I absolutely love this image which is by Stamping Bella & as always has been coloured with my copics.
The large snowflake is a Christmas tree decoration, the paper is from my stash & is by Magnolia, & the cute scrabble tiles stamps & dies are by Simon Says Stamp. I've added glossy accents to all the Christmas lights & baubles so they look lovely & shiny.
I can't list my copic colours at the moment I'm afraid as I can't find where I have put the book I note them down in, it's probably buried under Christmas presents somewhere! When I find it I will edit my post to add them.

I'm entering my card in the following challenges -
Holly Jolly Christmas - Christmas, Through The Craft Room Door - anything goes, Craft-Dee BowZ - anything goes, Crafting From The Heart - anything goes
That's me finished for today, thanks for stopping by
