Hello lovely peeps,
I was out in my garden yesterday checking the pond & fish are o.k & removing/repairing or protecting anything that has become a victim of Jester (puppy) as he has at last worked out how the dog flap works which he seems to think is wonderful & is always whizzing in & out of it now lol. It was snowing while I was out there & I noticed a few little buds appearing on some of the plants which made me sooooo happy while stood there shivering lol. I love seeing signs of Spring coming, I just hope the cold weather doesn't damage the plants now, the poor frogspawn doesn't look too good as it is frozen, & I've just noticed it's snowing again, noooooo I want sunshine & warmth lol.
Today is new challenge day at
& this fortnight our challenge is
This little card was a commissioned card for a 13 year old, fingers crossed she likes it, I worry so much with commissioned cards.
I wasn't going to buy this little Tilda as the price is getting beyond ridiculous, but I caved & got her I must remember to make sure I use her several times to get my money's worth lol. She is lovely but I meant to mask out part of her hair as it annoys me as it's either drawn wrong or she has a really bad hairdresser lol. As you look at her the right side of her head is higher than the left so her right pigtail should be shorter than the left one instead of being longer & looking like she has a tail between her legs lol.
The copic colours I've used are -
skin
- E11, E21, E00, E000, R12, hair - E44, E43, E41, dress & boots - R85, R83, R81 / C3, C1, C00, flower - RV99, RV95, RV93 /YG63, G43 / YR24, YR21, YR20
My pin is homemade, Poppy Tilda is from Sir Stampalot, the feather is from Etsy, the sentiment is computer generated, & anything else not linked at the bottom of my post is from my stash.
I'm entering my card in the following challenges -
Inspire Me Friday - anything goes, The Ribbon Girls Magnolia Challenge - anything goes, Totally Gorjuss - Happy, A Gem Of A Challenge - add a bow, Colour Me Copic - girly & feminine, One Stop Craft - for the kids
