Hello peeps,
My little explorer is back home :)
Jode arrived home in the early hours very tanned & happy, we stayed up until stupid o'clock talking about her holiday which lead to us all sleeping in really late this morning.
I'm such an air head, I intended starting my post last night & spent ages trying to find my photos in my laptop without any luck & eventually I discovered I hadn't even uploaded them, they were still on my camera & I hadn't even uploaded one into the DT group, so sorry girls, must be my age lol.
Today I have two cards to share :)

ABOUT A BOY
Thanks so much for having me over to join you again ladies xxx
I've used cute little Angel Luka With Horn, & La La Land Street Lamp die.
I couldn't find my papers to link to in store but they are My Minds Eye Lost & Found Christmas.
The Copic colours I've used are -
skin - E11, E00, E000, R12, hair - E44, E43, E41, wings - C3, C1, C00, clothes - W6, W4, W2, W0 / YR27, YR24, YR21, horn - YR24, YR21, YR20, banner - E37, E35, E33, E31, E30
I'm entering my card in the following challenge -
Make It Monday - anything goes
Next up I have the first card I've made Simon Says Stamp's February Card Kit Style Of Love.
This card kit is so pretty & feminine which I love.
All I have added from my stash is some ribbon, twine, & stickles.
I've stamped the small flower from the Like Your Style stamp set onto kraft card stock in Colourbox white ink & I wanted the sentiment to look really bold so I heat embossed it in white embossing powder.
If you make a card using any of the Simon Says Stamp card kits, we'd love you to link them up on the Store Blog, you'll see in the sidebar there is a heading "card kit galleries" just pop your card in there for all to see :)

That's me done for today peeps, I'm going to pile on the layers of clothing & head to the crematorium as it's my dad's anniversary today. No matter how many years pass since we lost him I will always miss him, but as he was such a party animal we can always laugh and smile thinking about him, it's not every girl who is lucky enough to be taken to a nightclub for the first time by her dad & end up crying with laughter when he's the naughty one up on stage dancing lol.
Thanks for stopping by & have a lovely weekend

Such beautiful cards! For your first one I think the combination of the music note sheet with the angel and lamp post works really well, very sweet, and love the softness of your choice of colors. For your second one I like how you've used a sentiment as the focal point. The pink striped paper and the doily and the beautifully tied tulle gives your card such a great feminine look. Gorgeous! I came over from MIM to visit.
