Hello peeps,
It's another very hot & beautiful day here today :)
I got my hand x-ray results back yesterday so I now know why my hand is swollen & painful & causing me problems especially when trying to colour, I've managed to fracture my thumb and have some tendon damage. I breathed a big sigh of relief to discover it was a fracture & tendons as they will heal unlike if it was damage caused by wear & tear which was what my doctor suspected as I avoid using my left arm as much as possible to protect my shoulder from dislocating which makes my right hand & arm work extra hard & more vunerable from over use. Now I have a constantly dislocating left shoulder & a fractured thumb & tendon damage on my right hand, other than that I'm good to go, & we have sunshine which makes me happy so who cares if I'm getting old & falling apart lol. I'm still not sure exactly how I did it, but then half the time I am so drugged up on painkillers in my own little world & literally stumbling around like a drunk so chances are I wouldn't have felt it very much thanks to the drugs, if only that floor wouldn't move lol.

ANYTHING GOES
This week my teamies & I are featuring the gorgeous Simon Says Stamp exclusive dies.
I wanted to make something a bit different other than a card to show off the die I had chosen to feature, so I put my thinking cap on & decided to have a bash at making a flower tree.
I started making my little tree a couple of weeks ago and have been making the odd flower here and there ready to assemble, all together it has taken several hours to make & looks better IRL especially as I got a bit carried away with the glimmer mist :)
Ingredients -
Simon Says Stamp exclusive Bella Blooms dies set
supplies from my home which can be bought in a florist / garden centre - oasis ball & bamboo canes
Pop over and take a peek at what my lovely teamies have created with the Simon Says Stamp exclusive dies, they are all gorgeous :)
As always our lovely Heidi is sponsoring our challenge with a $50 in store spending spree in the fabby
I'm entering my flower tree in the following challenges -
Make It Monday - anything goes, Inspire Me Fridays - anything goes
Thankfully I have several images already coloured as well as a few cards made recently for orders which I haven't blogged so hopefully if they fit the challenges I will be able to carry on with my DT's until my hand has healed, I'm missing my Copics already :(
