Good morning lovely peeps,
I was a busy girl yesterday I had a mad cleaning spree, once I'd started there was no stopping me, even Dude (dog) didn't escape he ended up having a shower and haircut so the bathroom got a second thorough clean while Jester puppy dog hid in fear of it being his turn next lol.
Today is new challenge day at
& this fortnight our challenge is to make a
so no squares or rectangles with your Tilda's this fortnight & as always my fabulous teamies have lots of gorgeous inspiration for you.
I was pleased we had this challenge as I decided to use my very neglected Grand Calibur and some Go Kreate dies that I have had for months & never used for some strange reason.
I've gone a bit shabby chic with this card which I really enjoyed, there's no real precision needed with this style as it can rarely go wrong. If the papers are a bit wonky it doesn't matter, it can either add to it or just scuff them up and slap some paint on and it's fine, perfect if your feeling a bit woozy from taking painkillers & having trouble concentrating lol.
I've used some very pretty Maja Designs papers on my card which was a bit of a waste really as you can hardly see them as I got a bit carried away lol, I've also used another frame made with Martha Stewarts Crafters Clay and added some crackle paint & a cute little Simon Says Stamp wooden heart to it.
I have linked a Crafters Clay kit at the end of my post and it's the first kit I started with and I love it & would definitely recommend trying this however it does not contain the frame mould that I have used today.
The Pink flower spray is by Melissa Frances, the pin is homemade, the white twirly branch is from The Ribbon Girl, Cheesecloth from Live & Love Crafts & I think everything else is linked at the end of my post.
The Copic colours I've used are -
skin - E11, E00, E000, R12, hair - E44, E43, E41, clothes & shoes -V000, RV91, RV93 / C3, C1, C0, flowers - RV99, RV95, RV93, RV91 / YG63, YG61, YG93, YG91 + white gel pen.
I'm entering my card in the following challenges -
2 Sisters - Easter / Spring, CMC Challenge - Spring colours, Di's Digi Designs - Easter / Spring, Sweet Stampin' - lots of layers

A big thank you for inviting me to join you lovely peeps, poor Donna isn't well so big hugs hunny I hope you feel better soon xx
I loved this cute Santa from the moment I saw him and wanted to colour him up right away.
I actually managed to stop myself from piling on the embellies! Every year I vow to make some flat Christmas cards to keep the huge postage costs down but I always get carried away, I'm sure I only managed one flat Christmas card last year so must try harder this year to stop the bosses of Royal Mail having a huge a Christmas bonus & leave me more money to buy stash lol.
The copic colours I've used are -
skin - E21, E00, E000, R12, hair/beard - C3, C1, C0, suit - R89, R59, R39 / N9, N7, N5, sack - W6, W4, W2, W0.
The papers are Magnolia, the sentiment is by Cat's Life Press and the jute ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl.
I'm entering my card in the following challenges -
