Hello lovely peeps!
I spent some time yesterday having a long overdue catch up with some of my blogging friends & I have found my blogging love again :)
With so many different social network sites now I find it's impossible to keep up with them all, as I'm sure we all do. After spending ages visiting many gorgeous blogs I got to thinking that I get the impression blogging has taken a bit of a battering due to the time it takes compared with quickly hitting "like" on Instagram or Facebook! Personally I think it's much nicer to look at crafty friends creations properly on blogs, after all a long time was taken over carefully creating each masterpiece so I think it's worth a closer look & aim to make more effort with blogging again :)
That said something very odd has been happening with my blog the last couple of days, I think I have gremlins lol. Somehow a post only containing photos that I'd uploaded a few days previous & hadn't even scheduled was published while I was in the bath & I discovered it about 40 minutes later, & then yesterday a blog post from a few months ago was emailed to me!
Very odd lol.

Beautiful card
ReplyDeleteLove the card Mandy as always and yes I agree with you about blogging, people take a long time to create the lovely offerings on their blogs and sadly not as many people using blogger as before. I don't use Instagram or facebook etc, just my blog. I love seeing the cards etc that people create and I take time looking at them and how they've been created. A lot of the blogs I visit each morning whilst having my coffee are not updated like they used to be sadly, and I miss this so please if you read this take time to think about how much work goes into a card and give it justice and blog it for us that appreciate this can also enjoy. Sorry Mandy if Ive gone on a bit but I love to see other creations here in blogland. Have a wonderful day whatever planned. Sue xx

ReplyDeleteI think blogger is playing again (or should I say making changes) - I find weird thing happening - things not happening as it should and turn up when it shouldn't. I hope it soon sorts itself out!!!!

ReplyDeleteHi Mandy I have just read your lovely comment on my blog and would like to thank you for taking time out to come visit me. I have so many Tilda stamps that I haven't even opened, lol, but I am enjoying myself bringing Tilda back to life. Mandy I adore this gorgeous card the colours are so vibrant I must admit I do love using black on my cards but keep running our of card and it seems to keep getting more and more expensive to buy, love how you have coloured that image a superb creation.
