Sparkle & Shine! - Simon Says Stamp DT

Good afternoon lovely peeps!

Thank you so much for all my birthday wishes yesterday! I had a really lovely day & was very spoilt by my family & friends, & my day was topped off by one of my friends having her longed for precious baby on my birthday :)

It's Wednesday which means -

I am a huge Tonic fan & use many of their products frequently when crafting.

This weeks DT card features Tonic Moonstone Glimmer Paste & some pretty Duck Egg Crystal Drops.

To create the background I used Simon Says Stamps Extra Large Dots stencil & blended Wild Honey, Bundled Sage, Spun Sugar, Broken China & Seedless Preserves distress inks over it. 

With the stencil still in place I then used my palette knife to go over it using Moonstone Glimmer Paste to add that pretty sparkle.

The cute image I've used is Stamping Bella's Babette The Butterfly stamp which I have coloured with my copics & the sentiment is from Simon Says Stamps Friendship Messages Stamp set.

The Copic's colours I've used are -

skin - E11, E00, E000, hair - E44, E43, E41, wings & flowers - RV52, RV00, RV000, B23, B21, B000 / G43, G40, G000 / Y32.

 Other supplies used -

 Elizabeth Craft Designs double sided tape, Elizabeth Craft Designs Soft Finish Card Stock, Tonic Guillotine,Acrylic Blocks, May Arts Twine, Ink blending tool, ink blending Foam Refills, Scotch Masking tape, Memento Ink Pad, SSS Black ink pad, Copic X-Press It blending card.
