Hello lovely peeps,
I'm running a little late today as I've been at my mums house giving her a computer lesson! Bless her heart she hasn't even used her laptop for 2 years as she's scared to click on anything in case she beaks it, it doesn't seem long ago I was the same & was sat with my instructions from Gareth & Jode on how to switch it on & play Solitaire lol.
Thanks so much to the ladies who took the time to email me & let me know my emailed post appear to have gone wonky, I have subscribed to my posts now so when this post is emailed I will be able to have a look and hopefully sort the problem out :)
Today is new challenge day at
& this week our challenge is Simon Says -
ANYTHING GOES
My lovely teamies & I are featuring Penny Black this week & as I realised how quickly January has flown by I thought I'd best make a start on my aim of making 3 Christmas cards each month so I have used my all time favourite Penny Black's Fantasy Tree & have made a Christmas card.
This little card drove me mad as I think I left my mojo in bed all weekend! It was one of those cards which nothing looked right on, there was lots of sighing going on whilst sat looking at it, and it looked nothing like this in my head! In the photo the image background looks really yellow but it is in fact inked using Antique Linen which does have a "yellow tinge" to it but isn't anywhere near as yellow as it's coming out in my photo.

I've stamped the image using Versamark Ink and heat embossed it using Hero Arts embossing powder & then I added lots of lovely sparkle :)

That's me done for today peeps and we have sunshine woo hoo, it seems so long ago we last had any the trouble is my lounge window looks terrible & in need of a good clean again now from that nosey puppy always looking out of it lol. He is that much of a nosey neighbour I keep a bottle of glass cleaner & a cloth in the lounge now as pretty much every time I walk in & out of the room I end up spraying & cleaning the glass, bless him I say through gritted teeth lol.
