Hello lovely peeps,
Oh my goodness the weather is awful here! Since yesterday we have had, & still have gales and constant rain lashing down, more of our fences have been smashed to pieces by the wind & our bottom patio is flooded as water is running down the garden from the field behind our house. I'm sat here looking at the damage to my garden & thinking it's nothing compared to what the poor people not far from us living on the Somerset Levels are suffering, and then an awful thought struck me! The roof !!! I need to brave the elements and go out & check we haven't lost any roof tiles as all my stash is now up in my craft room in the attic. I love my attic craft room but suddenly it doesn't seem like a good idea lol.

I am going back to work tomorrow, yaaaayy lol.
That may sound crazy but I can't wait to get some "normality" back in our lives after hubby's stroke. I'm not going to work my usual 12.5 hour day shifts for now so I can still be on hand to help hubs with bathing & dressing etc, but fingers crossed he can be trusted to behave & not try and do anything silly for a few hours while I am at work lol.
On to today's card -

My lovely teamies and I are featuring
on our creations this week, if you have any we would love to see them but as always it's not compulsory to enter our challenge :)
On this little card I have used the adorable London Tilda from Magnolia's Little London Collection as I thought she is perfect to use with Simon's gorgeous Heart Rainfall die. I've lightly coloured the hearts and clouds and then added some glitter. Some of the little hearts have been stuck down flat and others have been adhered with gel for a little added dimension.
The copic colours I've used are -
skin - E11, E00, E000, RV19, RV11, dress - C3, C1, C00, boots - W4, W2 W00, bow & unbrella & bow - RV95, V93, RV91 / R83, R81 / YG67, YG63
clouds & hearts - C1, C00, B0000
As always our lovely Heidi is sponsoring our challenge with a $50 voucher for the fabulous
Don't forget to visit the new SIMON SAYS STAMP STORE BLOG for lots of fabulous inspiration, candy, and lots of lovely new or featured products.
