Welcome to another of our annual Simon Says Stamp Summer Vacation Kid's Challenge where we host a special challenge dedicated to our young designers.

ANYTHING GOES WITH SPARKLE

It is time for all you crafters to let your children loose in your crafty corners for a few hours. Just close your eyes and set them free to explore their creativity. Adults are allowed to help just a little bit if necessary, but we really want the children to 'DO IT' themselves as much as possible. You can enter as many times as you like, just remember to add your link into the inlinkz system at the bottom of this post! If you have several entries on the same post add ?1. ?2, ?3 etc at the end of the url and they will be accepted into the system. The Design Team all love this challenge and are ready and waiting to pop over to your blog to see your creations!

This challenge is open to all children aged between 2 and 16 inclusive

We have not 1, not 2 but  3 surprise parcels of crafty goodies, hand picked by Simon. All winners are chosen at random, Good Luck to all!

My lovely little guest designer this week is my great niece Casey Violet age 4.

Casey wanted to draw a beautiful picture for me and hubs (Pop) to put on our wall when I've finished with it on my blog so I have to behave and share it lol.

The challenge will be posted on the Wednesday Challenge Blog 1st Aug at 9am EST and will finish at 6pm EST on Aug 31st

It is time for all you crafters to let your children loose in your crafty corners for a few hours. Just close your eyes and set them free to explore their creativity. You are allowed to hide your Copic Markers and extra special papers and you are allowed to help just a little bit if necessary, but we really want the children to ‘DO IT’ themselves as much as possible.

This challenge is open to all children aged between 2 and 16 inclusive

For this challenge we have a very special Junior Design Team who I am sure you will agree have done an excellent job.

I've been spoiled today as I have three lovely little Guest Designers on my blog so please give a warm welcome to my great nephews & niece,Ollie, Marcus & Casey.

Created by Ollie, age 5.

Ollie is a huge Avengers fan and has created a model of his favourite Avengers character Thor. Ollie used card stock, tissue paper, paint, googly eyes, a pom pom & a lot of glue to create his amazing Thor.

Marcus has altered an old blue watering can to create his gorgeous masterpiece. Marcus  coated his watering can with white paint & was supervised by his Nan to use her Cuttlebug to die cut lots of pretty butterflies, flowers & leaves.

Casey has created a beautiful picture of a caterpillar for me to share with you today. Casey has used a circular cardboard tube dipped in paint to create her caterpillar, & has drawn some cute faces, legs & antenna to finish her wonderful work of art.

So now its time to let YOUR kids loose in your craft room, you are allowed to hide your most precious crafty goodies though *wink*
This special challenge ends on 31st August at 1pm UK time so there is plenty of time to let your kids get creative :)

Sneak Peeks & Tilda With Bowknot

 Hello lovely peeps,

I am on a weeks holiday, the sun is shining & my crafty mojo is running riot making me want to play, play, play, so I am one happy girlie right now :)
I have a couple of sneak peeks and also a card to share with you today.

First of all I have the huge honor of having two new Magnolia cards using the lovely Zodiac Collection exclusively featured over on the fabulous
Simon Says Stamp Store Blog.

I really enjoyed colouring up these little cutie's. Thanks so much to our lovely Steph for inviting me to be today's guest designer on the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store Blog xxxx

 

 I also have a card to share which is different for me as I have had my first attempt at using Polychromo pencils. I think lots of practise with these is needed, but I've enjoyed using them for a change. A big thank you to my lovely friend Elaine who has kindly loaned me hers to test out while I try and decide to buy some or not xx

 I love the softness of the colours with Polychromo's but I think I need to play some more before I make up my mind.

I've used cute little Tilda with Bowknot for my first attempt with Polychromos, and the papers I've used are by Maja Designs, love these.
