Good morning peeps,
Hands up who has kept their New Year resolutions so far! I don't usually bother with them but I did make two & only broke one yesterday so I am 50% successful so far yaaaaayyyy lol. Yes I know it was only the 3rd but I "needed" to buy a stamp and a couple of other bits & bobs fell in my basket as there's no point paying P&P on just one item is there?
The one I am determined to keep up is battling once & for all to get used to the strong painkillers that my consultant & doctor tells me will be a huge help with my shoulder pain. I keep putting off taking them as initially the side effects are awful until the body gets used to them so when I've tried to get used to them in the past Ive taken them for a few days & felt rubbish & sound & seem drunk so everyone thinks I am drunk & I've stopped taking them, so if I don't make any sense when I blog or visit you don't worry I'm not hitting the bottle it'll be the tablets lol.
Today is new challenge day at
& this week our challenge is
My fabulous teamies & I are showcasing CUTTLEBUG EMBOSSING FOLDERS this week which air head here totally forgot about until I had almost finished my card so I fussy cut sweet baby Tilda & embossed the nestie behind her using the Cuttlebug Heart Blocks embossing folder, feeble I know but better than no embossing lol.
Ingredients -
Just for a change I have used lots of Magnolia products which are - Sleeping baby Tilda, Sweet Wonderful You text, Papers, Doo Hickey Dragon Flies, Old Swedish lace, Tilda Doily & Vintage Keys. The flowers are a mix of Prima, Magnolia & stash, the lace is Simplicity trim line lace, the pearls are Melissa Frances, the twine is by Hempique, & I've added some picket fence crackle paint here & there. Other items I've used are Fairy Dust, Nesties, MS Frond leaf punch & MS Eyelet Lace PATP.
As always our lovely Heidi is sponsoring our challenge with a mahoosive $50 in store spending spree
Keep an eye on the STORE BLOG peeps, there are loads of giveaways, inspiration & new products to see.
I'm entering my card in the following challenges -
Chocolate, Coffee & Cards - fabby sketch, Scrap Creations - something old (stamp) something new (papers), Papertake - anything goes, Sassy Cheryl's - new beginnings, Top Tip Tuesday - anything goes, By The Cute & Girly - new beginnings, Cupcake Craftroom - new beginnings, My Mum's Craft Shop - something new, The Pixie Cottage - monochromatic, Ruby's Rainbow - something for a baby/child, Whimsy Inspirations - new beginnings, By The Cute & Girly - new beginnings, Through The Craft Room Door - monochromatic, Crafty Boots - celebrations, Dutch Magnolia Lovers - back in time, Magical Mondays - anything goes, Make It Monday - anything goes linky party, Simon Says Stamp & Show - something new, Allsorts - new beginnings, Di's Digi Designs - something new, Sweet Stampin' - new beginnings
