I'm entering my card in the following challenge -
Make It Monday - anything goes
I have never made a secret about being a rubbish cook but thanks to dear daughter and blooming Facebook I know lots of you had a good laugh at my pancakes last night and if you missed it here is my attempt at a pancake & also me plucking up the courage to eat it, don't laugh!
I discovered I only ever use a frying pan once a year which is for pancakes and forgot I threw the frying pan away after last years pancake efforts as something terrible which I don't want to talk about happened to the pan so there was Jode waiting for her pancakes & I had the bright idea of trying out the wok I had seen in the cupboard which I have never used & decided that might be alright for cooking pancakes in but as you can see they didn't turn out so well lol. After all my efforts Gareth came into the kitchen for his pancakes and turned around & walked straight out again laughing saying he'd lost his appetite, Jodie kept complaining the smoke from the wok was hurting her eyes & hubby & Jode both refused to try them so I was the only one to eat my delicious disgusting pancakes, which I did regret as I could still taste it hours later lol.
I have come to the conclusion that hubby's place is in the kitchen and mine is in my craft room lol.
Thanks for stopping by
